What is the hangR's return policy?
We will return any unworn and unwashed merchandise that is in resalable condition within 90 days of the date you received your merchandise.
Please alert us to your return by sending an email notification to hangR@fullsail.com, using "return" as the subject. Please provide your name, order number and the items you wish to return or exchange. We will promptly confirm your request via email. This will ensure your return is processed promptly upon receipt.
Who designs Full Sail apparel?
Full Sail apparel is designed by our in-house design department, Platinum Creative.
What are your standard shipping rates?
Fixed shipping rates for the hangR:
Orders up to $24.99 are charged $4.95 to ship
Orders between $25 and $49.99 are charged $7.95 to ship
Orders between $50 and $74.99 are charged $9.95 to ship
Orders over $75 are charged $11.95 to ship
For large or rush orders, please contact us via phone or email for special accommodation.
How long will it take to receive my order?
You should receive your order in 3-5 business days via USPS. If you have an issue with receiving USPS or would like to request expedited shipping please contact the hangR directly prior to ordering.
What should I do if I received something broken or incorrect in my order?
Please contact the hangR via phone or email so that we may correct the mistake or replace your broken merchandise.
If I don't see something available online, would you have it in the store?
We ship directly from the store, if we do not have a size available online, unfortunately we do not have one in the store either. However we will be happy to contact you when it comes in.
